We carried on preparing turn over the hull.
This is the vacuming experiment the day before with this piece of foam. That white part there was a piece of peel ply with some slurry below that. Vacuming was OK but vac tape went through the peel ply, which is not bad. We can use this method next time.
We peeled all stacks off except peel ply. Well done.

The prow tube which I work on. One layer of 0/90 orientation of carbou double bias is laminated so far.
This is the peel ply I used yesterday which is available for cutting another carbon double bias 45/45 orientation.
I prepared every material, three pieces of carbon uni, carbou double bias and peel ply.
Lance transferred the centre case hole from lofting to a piece of vacume bag to cut out the centre case hole on the deck.
Like this picture.
We flew hot water through a tube having been in fridger all day long yesterday to release. Halve it and put it through the hole on the edge of flange and the bottom is going to be blocked with a piece of glass plate.
It is cut with an angle at the end.
Bore the centre case hole on the cockpit sole.
Nice job.
Get the right height with using scribers. Prior to using them make sure the bulkhead is plum, flat in a right position.
Cutting the line scribed with using jigsaw
Masking tape and cardboard on the deck for doing the flange going on the bulkhead
My job is done. It was a bit tricky to handle the 45/45 orientation carbon double bias because it really was easy to be stretched in 0/90 direction which is I had to get this around the tube but OK anyway.
Extra flange going into the prow. One small piece of EDB in the centre, One tape of EDB on it along the corner and anothe piece for whole area.
Nice job on wet coving. Laminating EDB is not really hard but the peel ply is nasty.
Every coving without tape or glass is done with rubberised epoxy.
Cut the bottom of the bulkhead following the shape of floor onto it.
Coving with using west system resin and laminating. Good.
Cover the stanchion with peel ply.
