We laminated underside of the fore deck and coved centre case partly.
Rudder plates got position in their place.
Flanges are looking good. The peel ply was between the glass at each corner on the bulkhead so we had to cut out a bit.
Sanding the gantry tubes.
We had already got ready to vacume last week and vacumed today. We ran out of normal vacume bag so this time we used high temerature one. It is green, thicker and less elastic than normal one. We thought that we were going to put 2 pieces together fore aft but decided to make them across with 4 pieces of 2*4 each. One thing we had to think is the lap of each piece needs to be flat in order to put them easily to the vac tape having already on the deck, or think which way to go when unrolling the bag.

offcuts. I presumed it would be long enough but we had to cover the deck to the 4th piece.

We had to adjust those heights and shape of the bulkhead but it looks almost done.
I reckon those corners would rather closed.
Using wedges, Lance and Andrew got the centrecase positioned but they are not enough to get it right. Centre case has to be accurately positioned.
We did the first stage of laminating the prow tube with one layer of carbon double bias with peel ply on it.
Setting into right position. Centre line, height and incline needs to be as perfect as.it can be
Stood a piece of wood on transom frame, using another piece to grab it quite strongly, Lance and Anrew used string to get the exact position of the cetre case goes.

Lance is coving with a nice pose. We are going to fill the gap underside between the centrecase and hull so the coving would be enough to be done reasonably.

We are aiming to the deck dryfitting this wednesday, few small jobs and the last laminating after turn over, covering the deck. We can see the sun light at the end of the tunnel.
